Active Peaks offers free standard shipping with tracking included. We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia. The total delivery time is 6-10 business days.

1. Shipping Locations

  • Shipping is limited to addresses within the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia only.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia.

3. Delivery Times

3.1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.

3.2. Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM UK time will be processed starting the following business day.
    All times are based on UK time (GMT in winter, BST in summer)

3.3. Transit Time

  • Transit typically takes 5–7 business days after the order has been processed.

3.4. Total Delivery Time

From the time you place your order to the time it arrives, the total delivery time is 6–10 business days. Please note that this may vary due to public holidays, shipping carrier delays, or other events beyond our control, such as extreme weather or strikes at our shipping carriers.

3.5. Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers depending on availability and destination:

  • United Kingdom & Ireland: DHL, UPS, or FedEx
  • Australia: DHL, UPS, or FedEx for international transit, with final delivery handled by Australia Post or Aramex

4. Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details, including the shipping carrier and tracking number.
  • Track Your Order: Use our Track Your Order page to check the status of your order in real time.
    Please note: All orders include tracking. It may take up to 1-3 business days for tracking information to become available after placing an order.

5. Packaging

  • All orders are carefully inspected and packaged before transit to help minimise the risk of damage during transit.

6. Address Changes

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@activepeaks.com as soon as possible.
  • We are only able to change the shipping address before your order is processed.

7. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet entered our automated fulfilment process. Once your order has entered the fulfilment process, cancellation is no longer possible. You may still return the order within 30 days of receipt in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy

8. Missed Delivery or Uncollected Parcel

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt delivery one or two more times, depending on their policy. If unsuccessful, the parcel may be left with a neighbour or a designated pickup point for collection.

Important: If a package is refused or not collected, it does not qualify for a refund unless returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy

If your parcel is returned due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, we will resend it once at our expense.

9. Order Issues

9.1. Damaged or Faulty Product

We're sorry to hear that! Sometimes a product gets damaged during transit.

  • Please contact us within 10 business days with your order number and a photo/video of the damaged/faulty product.
  • We will offer a one-time free replacement. If the replacement also arrives damaged or defective, we'll issue a full refund.

9.2. Incorrect Product Delivered

  • If you received the wrong product, contact us within 10 business days of delivery. Please include photos of the product, packaging, and your order confirmation.
  • We will ship the correct product free of charge and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect product.

9.3. Lost Package

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us. We'll be happy to offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

10. Check Your Shipping Details Carefully

  • To ensure smooth delivery, it is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping details.
  • Missing or incorrect information may cause delays. If a package is lost or undeliverable due to incorrect details, the customer will bear the cost, and we will not be able to provide a refund.
